I sunk about a week of my life into putting that thing together. It should answer most of the questions I've seen around here about various parts of the game. Basically everything except the main questline and side-quests that don't contribute to any achievements (e.g. The Bull Songstress side-quest, which I've seen no less than 3 youtube videos fail to show to completion). THOSE questions I can try to answer here, if anyone cares...
I've spent FAR too much time playing this game by now.
I collected all of the everything, as far as I'm aware... though I wasn't always paying full attention while I did it.

Unlikely, sorry. While I do guides and videos, I don't tend to specifically do video-guides.
Bystander should already be covered by my written guide with screenshots for every single echo.
As for Bookworm, that one is understandable, but I avoided covering it already because it is a huge pain in the arse to explain where to get the 301 documents one by one. It would require an entire additional playthrough of the game and probably have at least 3 or 4 hours duration.
Still, if you're missing any particular spots you're interested in, you can ask and I'll try to help...

As I noted in the guide, THIS is probably the best source for the locations of archive documents (needed for Bookworm).

Bystander shouldn't be too difficult. There is only one echo in the entire game that has a really convoluted means of unlocking (one of the Styx ones) and I covered that closely in the guide.
