Is there normal NPC interaction like talking in this game?

The game video only shows combat and skills. But I dont play rpgs just for combat.

I play rpgs for NPC interaction like talking to people, finding clues for quests, trading items and so on.

Is this in the game? Or is is just a combat game where you go from battle to battle?

And if this is a normal rpg how are the quests?
