Was a good game, but felt disconnected in some ways with the story. So having more like it with potentially a better more focused story can only be a good thing.

hope this game has way less puzzles then Immortalis. Like, 0 puzzles. That alone made me stop playing Imnmortal fenris rising, puzzles every 20 seconds...ugh

same. the trailers for the game made it seem more combat focused but puzzles were clearly the priority. gets real tiring moving the same blocks around and activating laser beams in giant rooms.

I love the puzzles at IFR. It make the whole game more fun then just combat only... Every other game dark soul etc.. just combat which make it dull.. need to have more brain power than just practising on reflex action..

Don't insult Immortals: Fenyx Rising. It's just yet another clumsy attempt at souls-like by western devs. Immortals is more Zelda-like, focusing on puzzles a lot. This is just yet another crappy souls-like - which started infesting market in the past 2-3year and wanting that piece of cake FromSoftware's and Team Ninja's games are taking.

I hope not. Not alot of game out there with a female prote. I'm hoping this one is able to do well not in term of combat but puzzle n gameplay etc..

You can play female in Dark Souls, Bloodborne, Elden Ring, Nioh 2, Code Vein. Souls-like game never had strong character writing (if even any at all) so having set female protagonist doesn't really change much. If you're in for games with well written female leads - then try Horizon Zero Dawn, Tomb Raider series, upcoming The Last of Us Part 1 (if you didn't play on PS4 already), upcoming Uncharted bundle (Uncharted Lost Legacy is played as female protagonist), probably some JRPG games but I don't persoanlly taste in that genre. Even two latest Assassin's Creed have imho decently written female leads (even tho you choose from male and female - there's still a lot of character writing and great voice acting is a thing too). Then there's Resident Even 2 and 3 remakes.
