Is special edition worth it?

Just like title says. I am budget-concious novadays and wondering if the new musics and skins add anything to the experience. Also do you think a better discount than 25% would hit in the future? Thanks.

Not too much, I do enjoy the king on head skin though, and I did swap the music here and there after finishing the game. It's not too bad, but not needed at all.

For sales, I'd suggest to keep your eyes out on 3rd party sites, rather than only steam unless you want to wait much longer for a good sale. You don't get steam points though. Well I checked and greenmangaming has both versions on sale right now, never had a problem with them.
