How do I unlock more level?

How do I unlock more level? I'm stuck at the dog that wants to roll the sun,

Finish a level from a fan, they have multiple levels each. After you complete them all from a singular fan, you will be able to select which stage from the fan when you talk to them.

Not ALL of them, but most have multiple variants. All of the levels where you need to reach this big in this much time have a time attack variant, and others like the sumo and “just right” have a “small, medium, large” variant
