Help! I am stuck in 3-2 (Klonoa Door to Phantomile)

There is a moment that I have to use two birds to go up in vision 3-2. However, I cannot jump high enough to hit the upper bird with wind bullet (I used lower bird to double jump). What should I do? I don't think it's my timing problem, because I tried several times in different timings.

if that the case, your timing probably the problem
you should wait for the upper bird to fly down a bit then you can shoot him after double jump

The timing on that part is really tricky, every inch of height makes a difference. It was way easier on the original version on PS1, but made harder on the remake due to how the level design scalated with the resolution change.

Try to time your jumps so by the time you're at the peak height from the first double jump (after throwing the first "Bird" below), the second bird is at it's lowest point, so it's certain you will be able to grab it.

Boy are you not gonna like the extra vision.

You essentially have to press the shoot and jump buttons in immediately procession in order to maintain the best possible height. Grabbing the flying moos at the peak of their animation also helps.
