WHAT IS A SECRET

Hello,

I recently discovered that there are secrets on each map. I did the tutorial a dozen times, but I didn’t find anything. Can you help me? Here are my ideas for the secret in the tutorial:

There are 3 distortions or strange things on this map (https://imgur.com/a/VzNHfgQ).
The first one is SERENITY TOUCH, which is missing from its room (https://imgur.com/a/qnOzDiG), but you can find it in the bassement (https://imgur.com/a/A2jL1t8). I couldn’t grab it, and I tried staying near it for 15 minutes without any results (it’s said that there are effects if you stay exposed for a long time). Additionally, I saw SERENITY TOUCH on the map "A Simple Job".
The second one is THE PERFECT MACHINE. There’s a note saying, "Keep employees with [censored] away from this." The censored word is here (https://imgur.com/a/UTVF5YH). When I inverted the colors, I got this (https://imgur.com/a/WzJe4S2), which reveals some numbers (1085). I’m stuck at this point because this doesn’t mean anything. It could mean something if it was 1015, which is the name of the place where SERENITY TOUCH will be transported.
The last one is the door named BLISS. It’s written that for certain selected individuals, BLISS remains open even when they approach. I tried this with every character in the game but without success.
Do you have any advice or ideas on something I might have missed?

The secrets are: Cassette Tapes(in cassette boxes) that are used to play in your apartment.
The one in the tutorial level for example is: In the Office section behind the potted plant to the right of the monster's wall hole.
