A couple of late endgame questions

So, I've come pretty far and I'm getting stuck on what to do next!
Completion is at 90%, with all the oathblades, tomes, roses and souls found. I've given the latter to the reaper who told me to find them at "the grave", but I can't find that anywhere. I've opened the secret gate and got the... ending, I guess?

I don't really know what to do next since it seems like there's nothing left to be done! I'm just missing two items (the bandaid and the scythe) and I think the reaper stuff as well? I'd really like some help - I've been having so much fun with the game and I'd love to keep playing until the very end!!

If you have all the souls, you are probably done with Riley for now.

It's a little bit hard to tell where you are in game. If you already have all the souls found. I assumed you completed all 3 hallows?

Have you done the cursed book?

The completion % counts medals, so you'll need to get all 3 medals on all levels including hallows and curse book to get 100%.

The scythe and bandaid are from

Making up with bonnie and following fione around respectively.

After you first speak with fione in the astral temple they'll start going around all the overworld non-levels location starting with the Inn. Just follow them around. One of the place is a little tricky and took me awhile to find, it's the big town. Fione is where the guitar is.

As for making up with Bonnie, after saving them, they'll be staying at the Inn. Talk to bonnie, and then the inn keeper (iirc).

Yeah, I've done the cursed book as well as all the hallows - all levels have been completed! I won't go for 100% if it requires me to speedrun all the levels then, I've done about half and had fun with it :)

EDIT: Okay, done with Bonnie and Fione, thank you for the help. The scythe is awesome to play around with!
I guess I'm done with the game for now then? The gate thing seems like a teaser for an update, which is very exciting!!
