How to find rice?

Any idea how to get rice? Someone said go to swamp near snake, but i cant find nothing. There is no water source in the swamp to, so idk where

You find it in the marsh, in the sewage pools, the blackish biome with green dots.

look inside the greenish pool of water, the look like a patch of grass/rush
