Spaulders not registering as a choulder peice

I can't put copper spaulder or feathered spauldered on ANYTHING. not the copper armor or the linen outfit. I get that the feathered shirt doesn't have slots for shoulders but the other two do, and Neither of my shoulder option will go on the armor.

Use the mouse to drag the shoulder armor onto the armor

actually depends on the armour type. Some gears can't have certain parts due to existing constraints with armour.

Usually a chest piece can have 2 shoulders (not including the 2 shoulder pad things), 1 cape and a belt.
