The Game ends after the Portal Jump. Get we in the next time a update ?

The portal jump was only added in the most recent update. There are three more updates planned - one due sometime in the next few months; one due late this year - which should finish the story - and one due by early next year to polish the game a bit more, but not add significant new story.

Yes, ETA for update 19 was late Spring, has been moved to June now. Patrons can get weekly progress reports each Friday, everybody else can check the #dev-diary on the game's Discord.

The third update which you meantioned is a "probably". The game was always planned to have 20 updates.

My words (I'm not a dev of the game, just a fan) from a review of the game:

"Incest fans like me have to turn up our suspension of disbelief a notch, because the story is written in a way, that MC's actual mother died years ago and he comes home to his step-mom and her daughter from an earlier relationship. Technically they are not even "step"-related, because MC's dad never married his new girlfriend.
You CAN change the way you call each other to sis/bro/mom, and 95% of the time that works fine, but sometimes the story talks about your (deceased) mom."

So yes, I actually call Lisa mom and Suzy sis.
Knowing that it's just a fantasy.
