There's a game EXACTLY like this called Summertime Saga!
Difference is dad dies! Game says u move in with Step mom & sis until u add a mod to change it so figured since this is the same game almost that it might have a similar mod.
if anyone knows one gimme a link! i didn't find one on the oogle so i doubt it exists!

Eh, so long as it remains fictional people can be into whatever. I lived through the late 80's and early 90's with the moral majority and right wing censorship. About your original question: RJ herself won't provide any alternative story patch, because MC's biological mom, who died when he was a child, has an important part in the story so far, so to make Lisa MCs biological mother, the story would have to be heavily re-written.
I like fictional incest too, but I can live with calling Lisa and Suzy mom and sis despite the very few inconsistencies that brings with it. Hope you can too. :)

Not kink shaming anyone. It's the attitude I was referring to. Typical modern day "I'm a victim" spiel. "Control freaks pushing opinions", "U wanna take away my freedom", "I need help to ask a question without being harassed". And he gets all that from "what is it with this obsession with incest". So yeah, he does have issues. Getting so defensive over nothing.
