Fish trap empty

Earlier I did catch some fish with the fish trap, but recently it has been completely empty all the time.

In my game i cant catch anything .
when i have bait then i cant get the fish on the rod the fish disaper all time

Yeah, it stopped catching fish at some point without any observable reason some time ago. I cannot really say it was or wasn't due to an update. Just no fish. It might be placebo, but picking up the seemingly empty katiska and emptying it with what ever the button was, sort of reset it and I could catch some fish after that. But that failed to yield results next time and I have since given up on the thing.

I'm getting a lot of fish with it :o I use it in streaming parts of the lake.

Hi,
I bought mine trap around end of November. I got back to game today after 3 weeks brake and... After few days in water, still no fishes in the trap at all.

I caught some trash, algea, and everything...Then, it stopped. I can't catch anything...I even improved my fishing with a book, ate the trout soup, but NOTHING. I bought my game in early December.

I get loads of fish in fish trap, placed a bit away from your own pier on left side. Get loads of fish fishing from same pier. Maybe a new savegame required?

I've kept mine next to Pekka's pier as there seems to be a lot of perch there. Once I placed the trap under water, all the fish instantly disappeared but none went into the trap. It must be bugged in my save.

Not sure if there is one in the storage but you can buy them from the store.

After attaching the boat tank to the fishtrap and taking it in deeper water it started to catch fish but the problem is now that you can't take them out. Been trying to rotate the trap but they don't fall down and there is no "take the fish" option. Just the "use" options for the trap itself.
