game not loading after the gas station load it

game wont load after this recent update tried new game tried loading my save game it loads to the gas station i click load game it starts loading and just stops wont load at all after 5 minutes is there and error log? or a fix

Try updating GPU drivers or using directx 11. If it doesn't work, delete your Appdata/Local/FCS/Saved folder. This will remove your saved games, but you can move the SaveGames folder out of there before deleting. Deleting that folder has fixed these issues for some people

done the driver updates and the game wont turn on unless its in 11 but i cant even get into the game far enough for a save folder to be made before im stuck with the loading screen just freezeing after loading for a while
