Error upon game start. *.exe error 02 or something

Recieved this error while trying to start the game.
It was fixed after copying the *.exe from ....FCS/FCS/Binaries folder into FCS/FCS/Binaries/Win64/ folder. Somehow it is in the wrong place or steam refering to wrong folder parh.

We switched the location where Steam DRM is applied, and that causes antiviruses to trigger, which deleted the exe.

Right click the game on steam library -> properties -> verify integrity should start downloading it.

I have same situation. Just bought the game and got same thing. I tdied to verify integrity, but it didn't help. I also removed the game and downloaded it again. Still tnothing.
