Case 4 (might be spoilers)

Can't find the clues in order to start case 4. It says I should search Project K to see the findings of CCPD, but I don't know where to look for it. As I don't have the case ID, I am stuck now.

thanks. Almost finished the case but can't find the answers to "how did you identify the victim?" Any help would be appreciated.

I'm just gonna tell you- The Blood on the walls doesnt match the body in the river, and we know from testimony (in the Accountant Book) what the story behind that blood was.
