AI always stealing footwear as Thieves

Every time I play a game where the AI gets the Thief class and someone has a piece of valuable footwear (Boots of Running Away, Sandals of Protection, Boots of Butt Kicking), the AI will attempt at all costs to steal it every turn, even throwing away their whole hand for it. The same thing happens with the Kneepads of Allure - try the Kneepads of Allure challenge when someone has a Thief class: they will literally steal everyone's Kneepads of Allure!!!

Please fix this bug, it is really annoying and sometimes ruins whole games for me. Actually have their steal mechanic be more varied, instead of it making me automatically go "oh this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is about to steal my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ boots" when they are rolling to steal.

I started a game the other day and multiple AI were thieves and it was almost like an endless loop of stealing footwear from each other. It was kinda humorous.
