Steam says the game is installed but

Hey there, could you send the following information to help us nail down the issue?

-> Region
-> Any Logs

As much information as you can! Send to [e-mail]

Key note: DLC will show up when you start a new game, and will appear under character selection. You will see two decks there, 1 & 2

DLC does not work. Can't activate deck 2 when starting a game.

I'm having this problem too - Steam says that it is installed, but nothing seems actually installed. In the DLC window there is no file-size mentioned for Unnatural Axe. I've tried re-installing and clicked to see if managing the DLC in the DLC handling window did anything but so far the only thing that happens is the base game playing, with no trace of Unnatural Axe. I am disappoint.
