I only had 5 out of 10 once I completed the game. Can I achieve this by using Free Play?

complete the CE achievement. In free mode I played every scene in all possible ways and this achievement didn't unlock. I didn't use hints. What more do I need to do or is it broken? I have all other achievements. In main game I never skipped a puzzle and only used hints in last chapter for the hint achievement. On a side note it would be nice to show you what modes you have played and which scenes you have done as I had to be methodical and work from top to bottom in each list and in each scene. I a...
