Stu's Voice...
Anyone know why Stu's voice changed in the 2/14/24 patch?

He went from a gentle older sounding (actually likely to retire) man to a guy in his mid 30's. Did something happen to give us a lesser quality tape?

Is there maybe a video that showcases the difference? I'd really rather not restart the game just to get there for this supposed change of voice

I can get it recorded. There are archives of the original voice line which I can fetch as well

I'm familiar with the original voice and those would be pretty easy to locate so less concerned on that one, but if you could get a recording that would be super beneficial!

I just noticed this when I watched Markiplier's playthrough of it, it definitely changed. I preferred the old actor myself.

I'm here because of Mark's video lol. Wondering if something happened to change who voice Stuart.

it definitely sounds different. im also here beacuse of mark's video lol. i think in matpats playthrough there's the older voice. i'd have to check what video he (mat) finds the tape precisely etc, but I'm certain that they're different!

they are vastly different, but I really don't know why mob would've changed it. the first one sounded really fun and empathetic and as said above, closer to actual retirement, but oh well

call me crazy, but i think the new voice IS mark. it sounds like him and (no offense mark), but it sounds amateurish compared to the original. sad because i really liked stu's voice :\ but they do fake edits on mark's videos ALL the time
