Fatal Error when launching game

Hi, I just brought this game and I've been attempting to launch the game through the launcher. However, Chapters 1 and 2 both return the error message "Fatal Error!" in a dialogue box. This issue seems to be only present in Chapters 1 and 2 as Chapter 3 launches without issue. I've attempted validating the game files, running as admin, reinstalling and updating my drivers however none of these appear to resolve the problem and the issues continue to persist. Any help would be greatly appreciated ! ^^

I also have an error on chapter 1. Chapter 2 It takes so long to load on the black loading screen. And sometimes when I skip the video you have to watch, it takes so long/ also takes so long on all the screens!
