Chapter one keeps crashing

As soon as I go onto chapter 1 it instantly crashes does anyone know why it's doing this?

mine also crashes but a way to play chapter 1 without steam is blue stacks store that's what i use to play and it works fine

you need to turn the graphics down it will work

i had finished chapter one fine, but then the game crashes when i try to play again

that just happens to me on project playtime (sometimes) also turn down grapics

i have try everythink and the game still keep crashing i have unstalled it and download it again and still crashes

I have the same issue on Chapter 3, all the VHS tapes are black and I can't get even past the first scene and then get crashed.
