blue hand glitch, not the grabpack one

The blue hand that you need to get to turn off the temperature during the objective of "find the Doctor" is supposed to spawn at the counter on the other side of the room. But, it glitches and falls the floor repeatedly, from the bag that is, I guess, a human hanging from the ceiling. This is the room with the giant chainsaw. Along with the lungs are in the tub in the back of the room- I wanted to point this out as I have tried to catch the hand. Still, it was no use; I could not catch it. I wanted to bring this to your attention cause without that spear blue hand, there is no way to progress.

well i have posted this glitch, i'll say it again.
In this part you have to get the saw exactly at the point of the cable or the.. uhh hand cable yk where it respawns, and you got it
