Hand swapping BROKEN

Don't know what happened? I entered the room with the gas mask, got stuck with ONLY my purple hand, once out still couldn't change hands though I think that is part of the game.
If anyone knows how to fix this thank you but I hope this is just a temporary bug that will be fixed soon.

Edit: Finally beat the Doctor, just needed my Contrast at 40% to see everything, but now my main problem is that the Omni hand is the only hand in my arsenal and I need my purple and orange hand for the next part of the story.

Looked back on some recordings, I lost my ability to change hands while my Blue hand was being frozen in the room with the doctors Lungs.

the doctor blocking the pathway also happened to me. But there is a way out. Go to another room, which can be acessed, even when softlocked and in one of the dead ends of the maze there will be a hole covered with a plank. Remove it and you'll get through

Found the pathway and beat the Doctor but now I'm doing a mission and I'm soft blocked by a canister that I need to blow up with my flare hand... Main problem the Omni Hand is currently my ONLY hand.
