Selecting Chapter 1 or 4 from Selection screen Crashes Game

I purchased the Chapter 4 DLC yesterday. I can launch the game no problem and get to the chapter selection screen. I can play Chapters 2 and 3 just fine, but when I select Chapter 1 or Chapter 4 the selection screen closes and the chapter never starts. Steam changes their Icon from STOP to PLAY.

Just looking for some advice and guidance. What is the best way to get in touch with someone from MOB Entertainment to help resolve the issue.

I to have a problem with the progress in the Chapters 3 and 4.
I personatly have gotten in touch with them through their support. (if you cant find that here is their email : [e-mail] )
