Anyone dealing with so much lag in chapter 2?

Recently I played chapter 4. It was fun I really loved it. After I played it I thought "Why not I play every chapter?" simple right? I played Chapter 1 (with max graphics) and it was normal. I played Chapter 3 (with max graphics) and it was 100% fine. However. Chapter 2 was so damn lagging that even lowest graphics gave me 30-40 FPS! Is anyone else dealing with this issue? And it doesn't make sense Chapter 3 and 4 have more GB yet they run fine on my laptop. And yes the higher graphics the more GB a game is. If it can help, I use an RTX 1650.

Chapter 1 didnt have it, chapter 3 is on Unreal Engine 5 (chapter 1-2 was on unreal engine 4), i think unreal engine 5 and 6 (6 used in chapter 4) is fixed the pre-loading problem, so chapter 2 was only succesfull for phones

There is no unreal engine 6

Is this still happening to you guys? I just barely downloaded it and it’s still pretty laggy whenever I hit specific chapter 2 spots. I somehow got through the memory game but now I’m stuck in the wuggy game. The train area is incredibly laggy too.
