Glitch for the doughy the dough man encounter

so the first glitch for the doughy the dough man encounter happens when you dont have your vfx on epic i have a very slow laptop so i have to turn everything down to low thats the point of graphics settings and whenever i see a single cryo-particle the whole screen turns yellow and orange and just freaks out the second glitch is everytime that doughy the dough man comes out of the ground he gets stuck and cant kill me, grab me, or even move
