Bug concerning the Eye of the Doctor

Hello,
I do not know why, but I got a bug with the Doctor's eye. Indeed, when it should appear, I only got a black or a red screen on the TVs where it should appear. Even the TV remains black during the cutscene which introduces the Doctor when the player is in the cage transported by the train. Is there a solution to fix it ?

This bug is not patch with the last fix... Here is a screenshot of the bug :

Patch 6 has not fixed this bug. Do someone get it too and know how to fix it ?

Finally, someone else has the same issue as me. For a while, i had it as a greenscreen, and now it's red and/or black. My PC specs are pretty much the exact same. Good to know I'm not the only person experiencing the same issue

i was having this problem and could not find a solution anywhere online... but I ended up fixing it for myself! I had windows 10 pro version 1903... and apparently some DX12 features were not added until at least 1909. I went to microsofts website and downloaded a new iso for an updated windows 10 (version 22h2) and it worked for me. Not sure if our situation is the same or if you've already figured it out.. but wanted to put my solution out there for anyone else in the same boat.
