these graphics are AMAZING. yes, ok, the GUI, and everything is different but i like it. i haven't even seen the graphics to there best extent yet because my computer is, ya know, horrible. my setting are all the way down, and it still looks good. i really hope. that you can grow to love it how it is!

What chapter are we talking about, because if it's the first 3, then u just have a bad computer, if on the 4th chapter, my man, more than half the time i have 8 FREAKING FPS

it's the first, second, third and fouth
and i have a perfekt pc.
even Microsoft Flight sim runs in high graphics verry good

Agree, looks like, at least for chapter 2, Setting textures to Best eats around 20fps.
Same goes for Shadows, even on Medium it eats around 20fps.
Global Illumination i cant tell because the thing doesnt save when i change it, and i keepm forgetting to change it from the config file.
Graphics dont look that much better from what it was before.

Put graphics at balanced or performance. I have an RTX 1650 and it works just fine in those settings.

i have a GTX 1660 and the hair of Huggy Wuggy are verry bad and the windows look like fly screens

You really expect Chapter 4 to look good with a gtx 1660?
You can´t even achieve 60 fps with this, read the Recommendations from Chapter 4

Its probably not your PC, you can download a pirated copy of the game before the update and compare with the original with the update.
The old version ran better and looked better, they did "something" where textures and shadows now eat a lot of FPS.

Porting to UE5 was probably the cause, also using the steam console is a much better option than pirating the game because it can be illegal
