Poppy playtime chapter 4 crash issue help needed!!!

Hi,

I'm experiencing a crash issue in Chapter 4 of Poppy Playtime. The game crashes at the same point every time with a Fatal Error message.

Things I have tried:

Verified game files.

Lowered graphics settings to minimum.

Tried playing in windowed mode.

Ran the game as administrator.

Updated my GPU drivers.

Loaded previous save files.


But the issue still persists.

My system specs:

OS: Windows 11

CPU: Intel i5

RAM: 16GB

GPU: RTX 3060


Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any possible solutions?

i have the same issue, i tried updating, putting the graphic settings to the lowest possible, it still crashes!!!! i crash at the point where red smoke comes down in the room btw

I’m having a consistent crash too. It’s in the very first room, where you step down from the elevator and Poppy goes back up. Is it where your game crashes too?

I think the bug is now fixed its not crashing anymore on my PC

For me it crashes right before I can even choose a chapter
