I dont have a pc that likes very realistic games ( by that i mean it has low fps and lots of lag when i play realistic games )

what setting should i turn on and turn off in poppy playtime 4 for higher fps and less lag

turn down resolution to 1280x720, turn graphics settings down to the minimum, disable anti aliasing.
If it still runs poorly then your PC is likely not up to running this game.
Do you know your specs?
