Random Super flashy Red Light in chap 4

After blowing up the fundations, and after I started running away from Doye, right after using the first elevator, my poor eyes got assaulted by this flashy red light that blinded the screen, completely preventing me from understanding what is going on and where I am supposed to go.

It's not the first time something like this happens: In chapter 2, when I was trying to do the bunny color game, the same thing happened. The last time tho, I followed the instructions another player gave me, changed a setting from the game files, and fixed the issue.
Obviosly, as soon as I saw the red light again in chap 4, I went and tried to do the same thing again. Unfortunately, however, that trick didn't work, since I can't find the file I modified last time anymore.

So, I don't know what to do. Should I just try to power my way trough the red light, or is there something I can do to remove this stupid bug?

Apparently, Raising the vfx quality to epic removes the red light.

I have the same issue in chapter 2 and 4. Hope they will fix it in both. Have you this issue where the eye of the doctor doesn't appears in the firs encounter in the train at the start of the game ? Me, I have just a black or red screen and the animation doesn't play at all. I believe this bug is related to the red lights' bug, as in chapter 2 all vhs tapes are doing the same. It's very annoying in both of these chapters, and they don't fix it for chapter 2 so I hope they will fix it...

Really hoping they can find a fix soon! Tried raising my vfx quality to epic which does completely fix the red light issue, however my computer can't handle it and I'm stuck at 8 fps until I set it back to low. Red light still remained at all the other vfx settings besides epic.
