Chapter 4 wont start, please help
I've downloaded chapter 4 but when I try to select it, it just opens the steam overlay and the product page in a small window. All the other chapters start correctly.

I have the same problem. Do you have suitable PC specifications?

Yeah, I've had a look and the DLC wasn't in my library for some reason. I've requested a refund and will re-purchase and try again when I get it. Hopefully that works 🙁
