Yarnaby does not spawn in his location

Yarnaby does not spawn in his location. I went through the entire location without Yarnaby, I tried to reload to different saves, run, use my hands, but he does not appear. He made a sound twice on the fence of the card and the first lever, but only appeared on the final escape from it.
I feel like I missed a lot of the difficult experience, does anyone know how to fix this(

I fixed it by replay the part from the pazzle with rails. Btw after i meet up with broken AI i passed his location after many death in an hour. So guys. dont cry over broken AI. It`s possible to pass and it doesn`t cost as much time as you write. Good luck everyone!)
