Chapter 4 won't start

Тhe game starts until the chapter is selected. when I select chapter 4, I am simply thrown out to the steam page, although the previous parts are launched. Tell me how to solve this problem?

Yeah my kid is having this exact same problem.

E: check for updates and make sure poppy playtime is on top of the queue. Started working after some update.
