Game breaking Bug in Chapter 4

I have the problem in Chapter 4 that one of the main mechanics unfortunately doesn't work. I'm in the level where my blue hand is frozen and I have to cut it off with a saw. But unfortunately this doesn't work. The corpse that is hanging in the air is also out of place and the arm of the Grab Pack is just floating loosely in the air, which shouldn't be the case. I restarted the game several times but unfortunately without success. Does anyone else have this problem and does anyone know a solution? I play the game for YouTube and it's very, very annoying that I can't continue playing it because of that.

Ich habe in Kapitel 4 das Problem, dass eine der Hauptmechaniken leider nicht funktioniert. Ich bin in dem Level, in dem meine blaue Hand eingefroren ist und ich sie mit einer Säge abschneiden muss. Aber leider funktioniert das nicht. Auch die in der Luft hängende Leiche ist fehl am Platz und der Arm des Grab Packs schwebt nur lose in der Luft, was nicht der Fall sein sollte. Ich habe das Spiel mehrmals neu gestartet, leider ohne Erfolg. Hat noch jemand dieses Problem und kennt jemand eine Lösung? Ich spiele das Spiel für YouTube und es ist sehr, sehr ärgerlich, dass ich es deswegen nicht weiterspielen kann.

Yeah it is very buggy the hand wont drop and also it wont let me reset all my settings. I wish i didn't buy a game like this
