fatal error?

when i start the game, i make it just past the part where you pick chapter 4, and then it goes black and says "the ue-playtimelauncher game has crashed and will close" and then fatal error..any advice would be appreciated, im not very knowledgeable about computer stuff, but would like to fix this somehow

it also happed to me in the prison part to escape the red gas as i get on the stairs it crash

i have it also. i now ordered it to look for through the game for errors and it found 2. its now patching and i will see if i can then start it
