poppy playtime chapter 4 blue backpack hand bug

i was progressing in the game, and when i arrive at the moment where the doctor freezes the player blue hand, there's a corpse hanging above that has a extra hand that you could use to escape the doctor freezing grap...but no mater what i do...the hand is at a eternal but where the cable is going trough the floor, preventing me to progress at the game...any advice that not include restarting a entire gameplay again?

Click on the load menu and restart from right before the yarnaby chase. You re gonna have to replay the next one or two minutes. Sadly thats all you can do. You dont have to restart the whole game at least.

If you dont quit, reload or die during this part or right before this it shouldnt happen
