Chapter 1 Cant open door!!!

This is really frustrating!!! In Chapter one where you collect the red hand I cannot open the door to leave the room! I have watched the tutorials and it should be as simple as grabbing the door handle and holding the mouse button while moving left to open the door however the door does not move at all. I have tried many times, including reinstalling the game or loading from a save point as well as restarting a new save game. nothing will budge the door!!!

Once you shoot the Blue hand at the door trying going to the left and hold left click and it should open

Yes I did that. I held the left click, moved left, and even moved the mouse left. I have also tried all variations of that. hold left click + move left, hold left click + move mouse left, hold left click + move left + move mouse left, and all variations of not holding left click... I have also tried all of those right next to the door as well as different distances back from the door.... None of it will open the door.

Also having this problem now :( Think it may be bugged
