FPS Drop and Game Stuttering

Hello, I was wondering if the community had any kind of fix for Poppy Playtime fps drops and stuttering. My PC specs are as follows;

Recommended Specs:
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 / Radeon RX 580
Minimum: Intel Core i5
Minimum: 8 GB
Minimum: Windows 10
Minimum: 10 GB

My System Specs:
MSI MPG Z390 Plus Gaming (MS-7b51) 300 chipset
I7-8700 6 core 12 thread (non-OC)
G. Skill RipJaw 32gb 3200MHz
RTX 3060 TI 8gb
Game is downloaded on a WD Black 8TB drive.

So I know my specs well exceed what is required but I don't have the fientest of ideas why it stutters so bad or has such drops from 120 down as low as 55. It doesn't seem stable to me at all. I was hoping someone would have a solution :) Thanks in advance!

Have you tried lowering things from best to maybe medium or high screen percentage can be left on best so you don't see pixels as of fps drop play with settings try lower resolution lowering settings to medium or high there is no much to say sense chapter 2 wasn't updated but for a while so lowering what lags the game down to that fps specially knowing it isn't your specs but the game sense in the main lobby where you choose to play the mini games the area is laggy a lot so don't be surprised over fps drop just lower some settings and thats the best it can be done until devs either update or fix it also try latest version of gpu drivers in any case

This is a extremely old post and i forgot bout it. The game runs 100% perfect for me now. I had to turn on ReBar inside my bios settings and since posting this i did upgrade my cpu to a i9-9900kf and have a 4060ti 16gb gpu too. I no longer have issues with crazy stutter or fps drops.
