chapter 2 conveyor puzzle bugged

the puzzle in chapter 2 where you need to change the direction of belts is bugged in my game. the toys get stuck on the incline before the last belt and won't move no matter what I do. restarting doesn't change anything. is there a way to fix a collision/physics issue like that ?

It happened to me too and i found a solution by going to settings and turning the frame rate to 60 or 30, turning it to this also helps with pulling yourself up on bars with the grabpack hope this helps :3

Wait seriously? They released an update and STILL didn't fix the fact that the game works differently with different FPS settings? And they introduced MORE FPS-related bugs? Holy mother of laziness

thank you, that finally helped me getting unstuck in that part. I couldn't even find that online since the game ain't that popular.

bro i got stuck in there for at least an hour if i didn't see your reply, i would have gone insane.I even tried to change dx12 to dx11 to vulkan :D
