My thoughts about Poppy Playtime chapter 1 PS4 version.

I did try out on PS4 version. Everything is the same except the graphics, lightnings and frame rates look way much better than PC version (even I do admit that I don't have strong graphic card). I don't see any bugs in this chapter 1.

This is slight difference from PC. For example, when you fall from the great height, you don't hear and take falling damage and doesn't slow you down. When try to obtain the red hand, the first one is the same except the other three changed the location from the PC. Unlike PC version, PS4 have the achievements where you can get all trophies in one play through. The conveyor belt was added on the background. The menu is different than the PC. there two options in main menu: Play and Settings. When you reach the save point, the button right corner states "saving" appears below. From the start, before you go to the blue hand panel, you don't need to jump over or crouch under it, you can push through the line gate bar. Based on what I see in PS4, I believe that the series have potential to make improve over the original of chapter 2 and 3 when remastering. Unlike PC, You need to pay $4.99. It's not the bad price, but it's not worth $10. The main reason why it's not free is because they worked on the port.

The problem is the same as PC such as the game length is too short which can be finish and got all the trophies within less 30-45 mins on the first play through. Huggy Wuggy can still make better character development in later chapter despite not having much characteristics in the first chapter. PS4: 7.5/10

in my opinion i felt that this game has something to do with remastering the pc version to the ui in chapter 3 as in chapter 3 we do have the mob logo and the letters in the rectangular boxes in the main menu i feel that this has something to hint as a possible remaster for chapter 1 and 2

After they did released chapter 1, it may take while to start making ports of chapter 2 and 3 because they're fully focus on developing chapter 4. I starting to believe that they'll start making the ports in all chapters once they finished the whole story of the series. Just like they did in FNAF. The target audience was the ones who has a console, but has not played any chapter in PC. This might be a hint that they might going to fix some bugs in previous chapters once they're done.

That's what I saw when played PS4 version is that it felt like a remaster version of PC. I really hope they can remaster chapter 2, so they can fix most of these bugs and make better graphics and lightning than original version. This can a benefits the one who have not play any chapters on PC, but has a console like PS4, PS5, or Switch.

Unlike PC, PS4 have the achievements. I believe that Chapter 2 and 3 can add the achievements in the future.

On the switch version you can skip the vhs tapes I’m not sure if this is also on ps4 but I hope they add this for all chapters

I really hope that they don't rush it when making the port, otherwise they'll going to make the same mistake like they did in chapter 2 in the initial released. I never played these chapters on initial released until I heard the news about it.

You know what forget that one how about this why is kissy missy a good guy this is is interesting cause the others are bad but not kissy I mean I know poppys good but why kissy?

In the hour of joy, we saw Kissy attacked employees on the train station. In Chapter 2, we saw Kissy pushed down the level to get the gate open and then she walked away. In Chapter 3, we saw Kissy looking at the picture of a girl. We got attacked by Kissy until Poppy stopped her and saved us. While we head down on the elevator, she got attacked by unknown experiment.

When Poppy said about senseless killing, I believe that she may the one of the experiment that she might able to sense that protagonist is innocent. I wonder why Poppy can trust Kissy despite killing employees during the hour of joy and attacked us. DogDay knows about Poppy since he called us Poppy's angel. It makes sense why DogDay is on Poppy side because he is one of the experiments who was against the Prototype.

However, It's still not clear answers about Kissy and lead with more questions. Why did Poppy trust Kissy despite killing employees and how can Kissy trust Poppy? If we got attacked by Kissy in Chapter 3, then why she did leave instead of attacking us in Chapter 2? Maybe I might missing something. Kissy's cut-out cardboard voice found in chapter 2 ended with the malfunction recording which I was unable to get what the exact words did she say. Hopefully, we'll find more answers in chapter 4. We don't know about Kissy's fate, but I believe Poppy begins to worried about Kissy.
