Just because you say that no other mascot horrors pursue their IP being on Roblox doesn't mean anything for the legality of their copyright. It's up to the creator of the intellectual property to pursue copyright infringement. If these other mascot horror game companies don't pursue them it's either because they're too small to care about and they have better things to do, or they aren't aware of the infringement (also often because it's too small to be on their radar).

Doesn't matter what genre we're talking about, a company has the legal right to take down works that break the copyright of their intellectual properties. You can argue the morality because morality and legality aren't the same thing, but you're wrong if you say they don't have a legal right.
