chapters do not have to be DLC
why don't they combine all the chapters instead of putting them as dlc, it's not right that if a player wants to progress in the game he has to pay for the chapters, ok make it paid as long as they don't have to buy the chapters separately

i agree they should just add them as a update

Agree. When I someone else logs in on my computer with a different Steam account, the entire game gets deleted and I need to download it again when I log in. DLCs should be tiny files.

true but they only way to make them cost money is they need to make it dlc (I think.). Also, it would still be the same download time

episodic releases are universally a negative thing, release the game when it's actually finished or don't at all.
