Purple hand glitch

Im in the beginning, at the first puzzle that has the purple hand and ive already done it before but died, so when I tried again and place the two lamp posts properly, the hand is missing the power by a small inch. I retried this level like 10 times and each time the hand misses the power by a small inch, is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong

Im having the same problem, beat it already once and when i quit the game it didn't save. So i tried to do over again and the arm wont reach the button anymore. no matter what it falls short. I'm thinking its glitch, hopefully the put a fix in.

Im going to uninstall and start from the beginning to see if it will work

Ok I found the fix, you need to start from the beginning of the chapter, and its really not that long, and then there will be more loads in and the hand will be fixed
