Hi everyone!

We've been reading that some of you are having issues downloading Poppy Playtime Chapter 3. We're looking into this, but we need your help. If you are experiencing this issue, we'd love to know which anti-virus program is blocking the download (like Windows Defender, Norton 360, Avast, AVG, Webroot, etc.), and also what specifically the program is blocking. It would also be great to know what kind of virus is it labeling the program as, as well as what your Windows version (i.e. 10, 11) and update version (i.e. 1909, 2001, etc.) is.

If your issue is not an anti-virus issue, please include additional details regarding what you're experiencing when trying to download the game.

When I try to start the game it starts but,when i select the chapter 1 and then appears this mesage:

mob entertainment i found a bug in poppy playtime 3 when you come down the first vent you can go to the other side so put a invisible wall please so no one goes to the other side where you not meant to go!

chapter 3 was playing well until i decided to turn it off for the day. I dislike that the game does not have a manual saving section, it auto saves. When I opened it the next day and loaded last save , and for one it was not where I left off and two the keys i collected disappeared and it wouldn't let me back into the school. It doesn't even show a lock on the school. now I am just stuck with no mission and no where to go.

I have a similar problem. After passing home sweet home, I went to school. When I entered the school, the game autosaved. I left the game. After loading the next day I found myself at the entrance to power station under the statue. The mission is still to restore power to the school. But the key from the school disappeared and I can't enter to the school again.
