Catnap survival room segment is awful
Does anyone else think that the part where you fend off catnap in the safe room is just so annoying and poorly done? Like every time I fail and restart I have to do the tutorial over and over again. On top of that I feel like whenever im trying to use the grab pack to take a battery out its only works like 2/10 times. I find myself constantly spamming left click to get it to stick onto the hand. And the whole part of using the green hand to activate certain smoke things is also annoying imo. I feel like if they just gave use 5 battery's it would just make everything easier to manage while also keeping things difficult . 4 for the machine and one extra one for defence. So as time goes on you lose a battery and have to manage battery life on the rest that you will have. and have some way to charge them. it also keeps the flare hand useful by having it like that. Chapter 3 has been my favourite so far and this segment kinda just slows it down idk.

In my opinion, it's not too bad. It can be pretty easy to figure out (after like 2 or 3 deaths), but I feel like the tutorial for the boss fight could've done a better job at explaining how to defeat CatNap. But, that's just what I think about that segment.
Definitely the most frustrating part of the game.

Couldn't even focus on being scared anymore, it was just so frustrating.

only part i really didn't care for was how slowly you switch between the hands, makes the left section with the jump much more unforgiving and punishing than is probably intended. the very end also requiring an input to shock him also wasn't as clear as it could be i think, it probably should have just been a scripted cutscene where the impact from him tackling you causes the hand to fire on accident and shock him or something. (definitely not bitter bc i didn't realize it wasn't a cutscene the first time and died bc of it lol)

i was so close to beating it once, and then didnt realize i had to shoot my hand, catnap just moves so fast that when i check the routes and see him, ive already lost

My best idea is this, add battery receivers by the front halls, at least to the left one, jumping the pile of canisters is too frustrating,

another is to have sound cues, something like hissing when entering a hall would work,

another is you can slow catnap down with orange hand so it has some more use and the purple jump and other things are more forgiving

i have the problem of always dying 20 seconds before finishing cus of the jumping one on the left side
