Exactly! Boxy boo is the only monster who we haven't defeated yet in this game. Also what about candy cat, boogie-bot, cat-bee? etc. Heck even poor Bron?! He's still locked up somewhere!!!
There's so many they could choose from. Plus didn't Miss Delight say she had sisters?!
Meh, that sounds too cringey. We've got killer toy experiments. I think adding ghosts would take people out of the plot. Where the story is right now, Poppy Playtime seems to be going down a Dr. Frankenstein route.
Agreed. Souls are a thing but so far they always had a medium, a body of sorts.
1.
We know that the Prototype is possibly adding toy parts to himself.
2.
Why else would he kill CatNap? It also seems like CatNap offered himself to the prototype.
3.
When you think about it, almost every toy is alive and bleeding, so it's possible they even have organs. (And if they have organs, they'll probably have a voicebox.)
However there's a possibility that not all toys would have an actual voice box organ.
(there's a huge change they would though.)

The prototype can't be completely robotic if he has the ability to use other character's voicebox's.
Considering that Prototype 1006 has a bone in his arm, it's most likely he does use human bones/tissue.
and if he was completely ai, why does he have a bone in his arm? Seems weird.
(Sorry if this makes zero sense, my brain today has been trash.)
