I cant open the Game

I have installed and reinstalled but nothing is working :( Can anyone help please!!

Same, its an error called couldnt start, i hear someone said that its nt available yet, but people is playing and the dlc is downloable. Idk what happend there but if i find a wey i will tell u

Check your virus software and make an exception. For some reason it is being picked up as a trojanhorse virus. This is a false flag.

I checked the file on virustotal.com and it comes back clean. I dont know what the issue is, but its strange.

Results:
No security vendors and no sandboxes flagged this file as malicious

All that said, I trust that site enough to create an exclusion in Windows Defender for the file. To add an exclusion do the following:
Select Start , then open Settings . ...
Under Virus & threat protection settings, select Manage settings, and then under Exclusions, select Add or remove exclusions.
Select Add an exclusion, and then select from files, folders, file types, or process.

i did it, i select the poppy file as the exclusion but nothing has happened. However I think I did it when I already had the file with the error so I'm going to try to uninstall it and install it again, add this new file as an exception and try to see how it goes, now I'll tell you the results

I'm sure you did everything fine. Sometimes you need to clear the download cache or Uninstaller completely and reinstall. I would try a clean install real quick.

when I try to open it it just redirects me to the steam store page even though I already bought and installed it :/
