Catnap is Theodore is literally confirmed. And he was 7 years old. Also Mommy Long Legs was an orphan named Marie Payne. It's confirmed she was a little girl at Playcare, then was turned into that thing. Only time it was confirmed an adult became a toy was Bron.

You might believe they aren't orphans because of what they did as monsters but these children were abused and drugged. Then some scientists changed their bodies into something wild and strong, gave them power. All it took was a leader driving them insane, making them attack and they aren't children anymore, but animals or even worse.

You just have to relax and accept the facts as they come out. They don't change if the game is good or bad. Plus when it sucks, there are billion other games.
